“Keep it Consistent by Keeping it Constant”
“If you can’t visualize the lighting, you can’t see the photograph”. (Keith Ibsen June 20th 2010)
Photography is about light and how you control it, from the way it illuminates the subject, to how you allow it to enter your camera. The more you understand its power, the better it can be commanded and controlled. FJ Westcott specializes in equipment, allowing the photographer to manipulate and control light to produce dramatic images.
On Sunday, July 18th you’ll have the opportunity to experience this by attending our First Hands-on Workshop from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. An 1,100 square foot conference room has been reserved at the Four Points by Sheraton, right off exit 48 on the LIE. Arrangements have been made for three professional models, along with numerous items from FJ Westcott for your use. In addition, a special guest, David Piazza, the Sales Representative and Technical Advisor from Westcott, will be on hand. He has over 30 years of experience in the photographic industry, shooting weddings, portraits, event photography and managing color labs, David has also had the unique opportunity of working with the most renowned photographers in our industry today.
Learning will be hands-on, so the Workshop will be limited to 20 photographers. The Fee is Only $125.00 per participant. Get someone to attend with you and save 10%.
